I presented this material at the 2023 Burn After Meeting Conference with the aim of exploring the powerful synergy between servant leadership principles and the 10+ principles of Burning Man and their boundless potential to inspire positive cultural change, first in our communities, and then eventually, the world.

By combining servant leadership and Burning Man principles, my goal was to share my vision for a world that is more like Burning Man and equip attendees with a robust toolkit for making that possible by fostering a culture of compassion, inclusivity, and positive change in their year-round communities and beyond.
